Reliable and efficient natural gas liquefaction with integrated liquids recovery and LNG Fractionation to remove valuable NGL’s during regasification
Natural gas is liquefied by lowering the temperature to approximately -260 degrees Fahrenheit (-160 degrees Celsius). The resulting liquefied natural gas takes up about 1/600th the volume of natural gas in its gaseous state. This makes it safer and easier to transport and store larger volumes of gas, so you can increase your returns.
Honeywell UOP Ortloff liquefaction technologies effectively cool natural gas streams and seamlessly integrate liquids recovery for a reliable and efficient solution. UOP’s portfolio includes Ortloff ANGLE, Ortloff Single Mixed Refrigeration, Ortloff Open Cycle eXchange, and Ortloff Nitrogen Cycle.
Petrochemical facilities are always looking for inexpensive feedstock. Importers at LNG import facilities can recover valuable NGL’s during regasification using UOP’s Ortloff LNG Fractionation Process.
