Increases reflect higher costs of raw materials
DES PLAINES, Ill., Oct. 30, 2017 – Honeywell (NYSE: HON) UOP announced a price increase of up to 8 percent over current prices on certain catalysts, molecular sieves and aluminas, effective with shipments on and after Dec. 1, 2017, or as contracts allow. The price increase is being taken in response to increased raw materials costs.
In accordance with applicable contract terms and historical shipments, Honeywell UOP reserves the right to restrict purchases of product prior to the effective date of the price increase.
Honeywell UOP catalysts are used in hydroprocessing, reforming, isomerization and Merox treating applications, and to produce aromatics, olefins and detergents.
